Phil Divinski
Chief Executive Officer/Founder
I am a tactical practitioner who sees the world through an economic lens. I am an Army Veteran of the Special Operations Community. I served for 16 years, deployed to combat 8 times, executed a handful of contingency operations, and left the military as a Lieutenant Colonel. I was fortunate to serve with some of the most capable units in the US military while dismantling terrorist networks throughout the globe and building capacity with our partners and allies. Unfortunately, I also witnessed firsthand the failures of the American national security apparatus during the withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021, failure to support partners during the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, failure to rescue American Hostages in Gaza in 2023, and gross negligence to prepare for crisis/conflict in the First Island Chain. Experiencing these incredible successes and failures in some of the most elite organizations in the US military encouraged me to develop contrarian perspectives to strategy, capability development, and risk management. Because when the United States invests blood and treasure into a cause, it must produce results. This is what inspired me to leave the military and found Jeddoc.

Jerad is a tactical practitioner with over 20 years of experience in military special operations. Possessing a keen leadership perspective, he emphasizes a fundamental principled approach in building high-performing teams. He has developed sophisticated systems for assessing and selecting elite talent, particularly from special operations backgrounds, to drive Jeddoc’s mission of lowering barriers to cutting-edge technology through distributed manufacturing. A freedom maximalist and vocal advocate for liberty and skepticism of government, he blends practical expertise with principled insights drawn from libertarian and anarcho-capitalist economic thinkers to champion decentralized, professional solutions for security challenges.

Director of Operations
Matt is a tactical practitioner with 20 years of experience in military special operations, including more than 15 deployments across over a dozen countries. Forged in complex, high-risk environments, he brings disciplined leadership and real-world perspective to every challenge—shaping security, talent, and technology solutions that are practical, scalable, and built to endure. Driven by integrity, resilience, and operational clarity, Matt concentrates on building systems that perform when uncertainty is high and failure is not an option. Guided by a belief in individual liberty, decentralized decision-making, and mission-focused execution, he values preparation over noise, durability over hype, and steady results over shortcuts.
Jerald Ogden
Director of Electromagnetic Operations
Jerald is an Army Special Operations professional, entrepreneur, and intelligence practitioner with a career built on solving complex problems in high-pressure environments. A competitive track and cross-country runner throughout high school and college, he developed the discipline, resilience, and endurance that would later define his military and professional career.
After joining the U.S. Army, Jerald served in the 75th Ranger Regiment before continuing his career throughout the Special Operations community. Over two decades of service, he participated in multiple deployments and specialized in electronic warfare, technical intelligence, surveillance, and the integration of emerging technologies into real-world operations. His experience spans planning and executing missions where success depended on innovation, adaptability, and the ability to turn information into actionable intelligence.
Beyond his military service, Jerald has built a reputation for bringing together expertise from across the military, law enforcement, intelligence, and private sectors to solve difficult operational challenges. He has led multidisciplinary technical teams, advised organizations on intelligence-driven problem solving, and developed technology-focused solutions that bridge the gap between field operations and modern innovation.
Andrew Silkworth
Exercise Director
Andrew is a seasoned leader, tactician, and logistics expert with 28 years of active-duty military service. Throughout his career, he completed more than 16 deployments across Europe, Southeast and Southwest Asia, Central America, the Eastern Bloc, and the Pacific Rim, leading and supporting complex operations in some of the world’s most demanding environments.
Drawing on decades of experience partnering with Special Operations Forces (SOF), National Intelligence organizations, foreign military partners, and other U.S. government agencies, Andrew has specialized in planning and executing high-risk, sensitive, no-fail missions. His expertise spans combat operations, operational logistics, program management, tactical and policy development, strategic planning, and mission execution.
With more than a decade of executive leadership and advisory experience, Andrew is recognized as a dynamic, resourceful leader who thrives on innovation, solving complex problems, and building high-performing teams. His ability to develop strategy, lead under pressure, and deliver results in uncertain environments has made him a trusted advisor and mission-focused professional throughout his career.

Corbyn is a tactical practitioner with six years of military experience as a Combat Engineer. He has developed his expertise in environments where precision, discipline, and clear execution are essential to success. This background has shaped a practical, solutions-oriented mindset that he applies to building capabilities and addressing complex operational challenges.
He brings a grounded and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on resilience and continuous improvement. Corbyn values learning from real-world conditions and translating that experience into effective, scalable systems that support both people and organizations.
